Yes. Any member of the parish i.e. any resident of Chartridge, Bellingdon, Pednor or Asheridge, can come along to a Parish Council meeting, unannounced. At every meeting there is an opportunity for members of the public to raise questions to our Chairman.

If there is something you would like to be included on the agenda for discussion then you should contact the Clerk. The Agenda is published three days before each meeting.

Ideally, in the first instance make contact with the Clerk at clerk@chartridgeparishcouncil.org.uk.

All Parish Council meetings are open to the public and you are welcome to join as many or as few as you like. If there is a specific issue close to your heart you can ask for this to be added to a meeting agenda for more formal consideration and discussion. You can also contact our clerk. If you are interested in becoming a Parish Councillor yourself please contact the clerk, who will keep your details on file if there are no current vacancies.

The venue alternates between Chartridge Village Hall (Reading Rooms), Cogdell Lane and St John’s Church, Bellingdon.
