Chartridge Parish Council are sad to announce the death of Derek Keen on 27th December 2023 at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, where he had been taken after contracting Covid. He was a former Parish Councillor, retiring in 2021 after serving the parish since 1987, and was Chair of the Council from 1992 to 1999. As the ever-present font of local knowledge, he was sorely missed when he left the council. We now send our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Doris, and his family.
